Workouts



Fitness Magazine is a great site-they offer workouts, playlists, videos, contests, links to active wear and recipes. I like that you can select the equipment you have at home and build a workout using them, or you can select a workout routine to focus on target areas and weight loss.

iTunes paired up with Nike for this pretty sweet free ap with workouts and timer.

And surprisingly, I find a lot of workouts broken up in sequence on Youtube for free.  People also submit a ton of reviews and results for workout routines, videos and diets. 

I'm trying out Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred right now.  I'm on level 2 out of 3 for the video and what I really like about the workout is that she does three circuits of three categories: abs, cardio and strength.  It's perfect for me because I don't have the patience to spend 10 minutes doing the same thing.
